Idle Hack: Dungeons
Dungeons are the core gameplay content in Idle Hack. Complete dungeons to find better items and increase the strength of your characters. Different dungeons are available to complete and different dungeons have different legendaries that could possibly be rewarded.
Levels
The dungeon level can be specified at the top right of dungeon page. Better items can be found at higher levels. There are 3 different tiers of items that have higher attributes the higher the tier. While increasing dungeon levels the item tiers also go up; dungeon levels 1 to 14 drop tier 1, dungeon levels 15 to 34 drop tier 2 and dungeon levels 30 and up drop tier 3 items.
The arrow buttons on the left and right can change to a different dungeon. There are 5 different dungeon types with different Elemental types:
Haunted Manor Physical Type Dungeon
Contains enemies that deal and are more resistant to physical damage. Legendary charms can drop. No elemental changes.
Desert Temple Fire Type Dungeon
Contains enemies that deal fire damage, are resistant to earth damage and are weak to water damage. Helm legendary items can drop at level 30 and above.
60% Earth Damage Reduction, 30% Fire Damage Reduction, 30% Extra Water Damage Taken.
Icy Castle Water Type Dungeon
Contains enemies that deal water damage, are resistant to fire damage and are weak to earth damage. Weapon legendary items can drop at level 30 and above.
60% Fire Damage Reduction, 30% Water Damage Reduction, 30% Extra Earth Damage Taken
Forest Mine Earth Type Dungeon
Contains enemies that deal earth damage, are resistant to water damage and are weak to fire damage. Chest legendary items can drop at level 30 and above.
60% Water Damage Reduction, 30% Earth Damage Reduction, 30% Extra Fire Damage Taken.
Interdimensional Rift Contains Random Enemies with Any Elemental Type
A cosmic rift that moves between space and time - any enemies from the other dungeons can be found here. Beat this dungeon to rise on the leaderboards.
??? Secret Dungeon
This dungeon can be unlocked by completing level 50 of the Interdimensional Rift.
Auto run
The bottom options allow you toggle on the “Auto Run” features that will allow you to continually run dungeons until you exit. The checkboxes allow you to specify which items to just automatically delete.
! Note Even turning on “Delete Spell/Skill Books” will still keep Legendary Spell/Skill Books if found.
Ladder
The Interdimensional Rift Ladder allows for players to compete in pushing harder and harder difficulty within the dungeons. The Interdimensional Rift also is more difficult than other dungeons because it can contain modifiers that increase random attributes of the enemies in the dungeon - the higher the level the more modifiers that are added to the enemies. By completing the Interdimensional Rift Dungeon it increases your standings on the ladder. Continue to tweak and refine your characters’ loadouts to push higher on the ladder.
Dungeon Progression
The below image shows at which levels you can expect to find better tier items and better legendaries. It displays the dungeon level progression and the benefits for reaching higher levels.
