Charms contain no innate attributes and have no character attribute requirements. They’re mainly used for obtaining more random attributes, but there are legendary ones that have specific legendary attributes.

! Note Charms are the only items that can obtain “Chance on Basic Attack to Cast” attributes that allow you to cast a free no mana spell if the chance occurs (see Item Attributes)
